Job Overview

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation State Manager to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division, based in Darwin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals providing rehabilitation services and ensure timely customer-focused service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, drive business growth through strategic planning and collaboration with management.
  • Act as primary contact for Workers Compensation insurer and agents.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of occupational rehabilitation experience.
  • People management experience (2+ years).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • Ability to manage operational and financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
