Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategically lead the nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, effective resource management, and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  3. Support patients in regaining independence and transitioning safely back to the community.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience OR a combination of study and work experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital skills.
