Emergency Medicine Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to lead our emergency medicine services. As Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic vision and governance to a strong and diverse team in the Emergency Department.
- This role includes overseeing a team of 80+ emergency physicians, career medical officers and registrars, working collaboratively to ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
- Provide expert supervision, advice and mentoring to medical staff
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve health outcomes and patient experience
- Communicate effectively with inpatient services to ensure safe patient handover
- Monitor service delivery with a focus on person-centred care
