  • Assist in streamlining project workflows through efficient agency system management
  • Collaborate with project managers to support task creation, job number allocation, estimates, and purchase orders
  • Prepare and process billing documentation and manage client procurement systems
  • Liaise with suppliers to deliver purchase orders, receive invoices, and validate payments
  • Maintain accurate job records, document handling, and record keeping across projects
  • Process employee expenses and account payable transactions efficiently
  • Support the preparation of weekly vendor payment schedules

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in finance or administration roles within an agency environment
  • Prior degree qualification is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks related to project management
