About this role
As an IKEA Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of your area in compliance with food standards. This includes keeping it clean and organized, preparing and cooking food with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and freshness of food items
- Take corrective actions to ensure consistency when cooking food
- Prioritize strict cooking timelines and multitask under pressure during rush hours

Your skills and experience
- Passionate about food quality and presentation
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with previous hospitality and cookery experience
- Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow strict policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety
