About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ISS Property Services P/L. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks, including general cleaning, hosing out kennels, and cleaning of grounds and equipment.
  • Site Safety and Compliance: Complete tasks outlined in the Site Safety Plan, maintain cleaning records, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Supply Management: Stock supplies and order as necessary to maintain a well-stocked facility.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning operations is essential.
  • Police Clearance: Current Police Clearance no older than 3 months is required.
  • Medical Check: Required to provide a medical check.
  • Q-Fever Vaccination: Willing to get Q-fever vaccination.
  • Initiative and Motivation: Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative on the job.
  • Professional Presentation: Professional presentation and customer service skills are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Smartphone: Own and maintain a smartphone for work purposes.
