The Position:

Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance Identify opportunities to support ISS model of self-delivery, add value to the service delivered to the client and report opportunities to the Facility Manager Carry out site inspections to identify, report and action faults and items for repair; Complete assigned tasks with minimal disruption to occupants Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, policies and procedures

Minimum Criteria:

Excellent Customer relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations Trade qualification desirable but not essential Able to carry out maintenance tasks with minimal supervision and direction Ability to deliver results under pressure Experience in Facilities Services including delivering maintenance within a corporate environment
