Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Factory Cleaner to join our team at IPA Personnel. As a Factory Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean all facilities, including factories, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and stock areas, to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Supply Management: Wash and dry hand towels and safety vests, refill consumables such as paper towels and sanitizers, and ensure that all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Waste Management: Collect and remove rubbish and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Support: Assist other team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in facilities cleaning or a related field is required.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with colleagues and clients.
- Reliability: A high level of reliability and flexibility is necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and work schedules.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work outside of their regular hours as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
