About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Administrator to join our team at ASC. As an IP Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Intellectual Property Team and the wider Commercial Team in managing ASC's intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for IP data management and record keeping
  • Draft documents and reports to ensure compliance with IP management procedures
  • Support the delivery of agreements and procedures to ensure effective IP management
  • Collaborate with the Intellectual Property Team and Commercial Team to identify areas for continuous improvement

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a commercial environment
  • General knowledge of intellectual property and related matters
  • Relevant experience in contract and commercial administration, including problem resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills

Eligibility:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
