The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events, coordinating with service providers regarding faulty devices, and monitoring resources and demand.

They will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics and transport processes are managed effectively.
