We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to add a critical piece to our project framework, supporting complex programs that impact individuals' path to home ownership within a values-driven environment.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will assist project managers with coordination of project activities, documentation, and reporting. You will also support agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities.
  • Assist with procurement processes and financial tracking.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Exposure to complex programs, ideally within government, corporate, or large-scale environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
  • Financial acumen and experience supporting procurement and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Agile platforms.
