Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled medium rail plant operator to work on the Victorian Rail Network.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in operating trucks and heavy machinery, such as excavators, to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and renewal of track components.

  • Loading and unloading equipment for transportation requires careful planning and execution.
  • Maintaining and servicing trucks and plant is crucial to ensure smooth operations and prevent downtime.
  • Participating in the replacement of rail components, such as track, ballasts, and fastenings, involves working closely with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards is essential to prevent accidents and injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess a certificate II in rail infrastructure or be willing to obtain it within six months of employment. A valid medium rigid truck license is mandatory, as well as experience with heavy machinery.
