About the Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead rail infrastructure renewal and maintenance activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to foster a proactive safety culture, and coordination of maintenance and repair tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and overseeing the delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
  • Supervising and actively participating in the replacement and renewal of track components.
  • Coordinating and contributing to the maintenance and repair of road and foot crossings, drainage systems, earthworks, and associated buildings or structures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and fostering a positive safety culture.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Cert 3 Rail Infrastructure.
  • Safe Working Certificate Level 3.
