We are rapidly expanding and opening new retail stores across Australia/New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading the successful onboarding, training and operational readiness of new store teams. As a key driver of delivering an exceptional customer experience, you will optimise the success of our New Store Openings.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely store openings
  • Facilitate weekly calls, manage action items and update trackers
  • Oversee bump-in week, ensuring task accountability and fun teamwork
  • Support team development and retail process improvements post-opening
  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments involved in the NSO process

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate to create onboarding guides and facilitate inductions
  • Train teams on retail operations and tools
  • Ensure teams are ready for strong performance post-opening
  • Create training documents and share feedback with managers

5+ years in retail management and project management is required. Experience in apparel and fashion industry, with strong Visual Merchandising skills, is ideal. The ability to galvanise a team and keep timelines on track with a fun attitude is essential.
