We are seeking an exceptional individual who can operate autonomously in providing high-quality business services to our school community, requiring interpretation of information and adaptation of processes. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including preparation of reports and correspondence, and identifying problems and recommending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate autonomously in providing business services to the school, requiring interpretation of information and adaptation of processes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparation of reports and correspondence, and identifying problems and recommending solutions.
  • Supervise and manage school support staff, monitoring workload and performance, and role modelling performance standards.
  • Support the Principal with budget administration, undertaking day-to-day financial activities, and seeking external expert advice when necessary.
  • Monitor and advise on facilities and ground maintenance, managing resources and equipment sustainably.
  • Build networks with Business Managers, staff, and community representatives to ensure corporate services meet best practice.
