    What The Day Will Look Like

    You will focus on supporting a team who are educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts. Key responsibilities will include:
    • Manage a Small Business Insurance portfolio of new and existing clients
    • Achieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets - working to clear KPI's and targets across Acquisition and Retention
    • Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
    • Negotiate new & renewal terms with underwriters
    • Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations
    • Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies
    • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and business
    • Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations
    • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge
    • Support all aspects of the workload of high-volume quotations, inbound/outbound calls, emails and Salesforce leads
    • Interface with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone calls

    Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
    • Experience across Insurance Broking
    • Experience operating in a sales environment achieving clear targets and KPI's
    • Experience in Insurance and Claims OR in Financial Services servicing clients
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to tackle problems creatively and show initiative
    • Possess a zest for learning and ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed.
    • Sales attitude and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)
    • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualifications
