Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HSEQ professional to join our team. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our HSEQ systems and compliance standards across multiple clients and projects.

About the Role
  • Maintain email communications and alert relevant stakeholders regarding HSEQ matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ systems and training modules to enhance client satisfaction and compliance
  • Compile and manage data for HSEQ reporting and document control purposes
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support internal audits and client accreditation processes to maintain high-quality services
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proactive safety-first mentality with a focus on preventing incidents and ensuring a safe working environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with experience in using software applications to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Australian Driver's Licence to travel to job sites as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Work Health Safety or working towards it to demonstrate expertise in HSEQ principles and practices
