About The Opportunity As a HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, coaching, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with HSEQ management standards and the optimisation of operations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate all project site HSEQ activities in a professional and timely manner Be visible and interactive in the field or workplace and provide support to workers, supervisors, and managers You will play a key role in the development and continual improvement of the company's HSEQ Systems Implement, and report on progress against specific safety plans and key objective outcomes Assisting supervision with the injury management and return to work processes Assisting with accident / incident investigations Completing site inspections and audits About you3+ years experience, at HSEQ Advisor level or similar, ideally within the Mining Resources sector Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, with a Diploma in WHS or higher being desirable Thorough comprehension of FSC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements Advanced administrative skillset on Microsoft suite and relevant industry systems Have a fluid and considered approach when dealing with risk management and corrective action Demonstrate an open and solution-focused mindset to continuous improvement and business sustainability Demonstrated ability to conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and hazard and injury management processes Benefits & Rewards Be part of team first environment Excellent rates and rewards offered Supportive training and development Visit our website www.icontracting.com.aui Contracting is an equal-opportunity employer that encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
