Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

About the Role:

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an attractive and well-stocked showroom.

Requirements:

- Previous retail and/or customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and hold a valid driver's licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
