We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our causal field team as a **Retail Customer Experience and Data Collection Specialist**. In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to conduct Customer Experience audits of various retailers and restaurants, capturing valuable data, identifying development areas and providing feedback. **Responsibilities**:

- Familiarise yourself with the visit requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough audits of retailers and/or restaurants.
- Report your findings accurately and promptly using our designated portal.
- Maintain strict adherence to reporting deadlines.

**Skills Required**:

- Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills
- High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
