We are seeking an individual to join our retail team in a customer experience and data collection role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarise yourself with the visit requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough audits of retailers and/or restaurants.
  • Report your findings accurately and promptly using our designated portal.
  • Maintain strict adherence to reporting deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and able to work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
  • High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.

About the Role:
