Professional Psychologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Professional Psychologist to contribute to our organization's clinical services. As part of our national team, you will work with clients aged 0-65, providing expert psychological care across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in your clients' personal growth and development, collaborating with them to achieve their goals. You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours, and work towards enhancing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

We believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work life balance and offer resources to support this. Our staff can work from home, have clients allocated close to their residence, own their calendar and book appointments to suit their schedule.

Support for Your Career

We provide a Psychology Internship Program and funding for annual supervision costs to complete an internship program. We also have dedicated Learning & Development Managers who possess extensive clinical experience, university lecturing background and impressive qualifications.

Essential Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and the ability to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desired)
  • A car and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
