This is an exciting opportunity to join our Workers Compensation Claims Business as a Resilience and Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in investigating, evaluating, and determining assigned cases.

As a Resilience and Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • You will need to build rapport and provide timely solutions and recommendations with diverse customers.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer and numeracy skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, and/or operational roles.
  • An understanding of general insurance and relevant industry legislation is highly advantageous.
