Job Description:

As a PPS Consultant, you will provide consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face-to-face contact.

You will monitor their progress, address any challenges they may encounter in the workplace, and offer guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.

Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting claim evidence and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, identifying and recommending additional or alternative training, resources, or support services based on individual needs and circumstances.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants to promote successful employment outcomes
  • Monitor participant progress and adjust support plans as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs

You must also meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
