Support Manager Position

Are you a motivated and experienced professional seeking a new challenge in the finance sector? We are currently looking for a dynamic Support Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lender products and policies, with previous experience in packaging loan applications. You will be confident in handling complex applications, including self-employed, company, and trust structures.

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and brokers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initial welcome contact with new and existing clients
  • Completing initial serviceability assessments and reviews
  • Researching lender policy and options for new scenarios
  • Documenting and data collection
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database (MyCRM & HubSpot)
  • Post settlement checklist and compliance
  • Existing client maintenance where required
  • Managing new and existing referral partner relationships
  • Assisting with generating new business

Requirements
  • Relevant Broking/Loan Support Manager experience (4+ years)
  • Experience with submitting complex and self-employed applications (mandatory)
  • Ability to read tax returns and financials and transfer data into servicing calculators (mandatory)
  • Diverse lender product knowledge
  • Full understanding of residential lending
  • Understanding of vehicle and commercial finance (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
