As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to provide financial leadership across a group of South Australian-based subsidiaries.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on finance leadership role working closely with the Subsidiary GMs and Group CFO to support strategic and operational decision-making. You'll lead financial reporting, planning, compliance, and commercial support across multiple entities, playing a critical role in improving profitability, cash flow, and business performance.

You will:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly Board-level reporting

Oversee all statutory, tax, and compliance obligations

Manage working capital, treasury, and 13-week cash flow forecasting

Review tenders, project WIPs, invoicing schedules, and commercial risks

Provide financial insights to improve gross margin and reduce overheads

Coach and support site-based teams in finance and commercial processes

Strengthen internal controls and enhance finance systems

About You:

CA or CPA qualification with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

5+ years in a senior finance role, ideally within construction, industrial services, or engineering

Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and project-based financials

Strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership capability

Advanced Excel skills; Pronto and/or Sage experience a plus

Ability to partner with both site teams and executive leaders
