Key Responsibilities- Manage small teams of experienced water efficiency specialists to deliver customer-facing programs.
- Design, deliver, monitor, and evaluate programs, as well as associated customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and manage direct reports through program design, delivery, reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
- Contribute to a collaborative, engaged, and positive performance-focused team culture.
- Tertiary level qualification in science, engineering, resource management, environmental science, commerce, social sciences, communications, or other related disciplines.
- Experience and/or technical capacity related to water, resource management, or sustainability in a business or commercial environment.
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft suite of programs, particularly MS Excel, and proven ability to deliver high-quality data-driven reporting.
- Substantial experience in proactively and confidentially engaging with stakeholders and customers, including the ability to negotiate and influence behaviors and solve problems while providing excellent customer service.
- Program/project management experience related to the full cycle of program design, delivery, reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
