A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Executive Culinary Specialist to join our Perth airport team in a permanent, full-time position. This exciting role will see you play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers across the globe.

About a typical day:

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of international hot and cold meals in commercial quantities for our airline customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality meals for Business class and Economy class passengers.
  • Managing stock levels and minimizing food waste.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
  • FOLLOWING MENU SPECIFICATIONS as well as Food Safety / HACCP and OHS procedures.

To succeed in this role:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience is essential.
  • You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
  • You will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
