About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Information Officer. This position is responsible for delivering real-time travel information to customers via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to script communication messages quickly and accurately.

In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate travel information to customers. You will also write, manage and deliver customer communication regarding potential travel delays, service changes, trackwork and incidents on the Metro.

You will be responsible for managing, investigating and responding to customer and stakeholder feedback through CRM and social media platforms. Additionally, you will support customer campaigns and on-mode signage development, as required.
