Enterprise Program Leadership Opportunity

BLACKROC is partnering with a leading organisation to modernise its enterprise SAP solutions, establishing a contemporary technology foundation that supports long-term business solutions. This complex program requires a strong leader who can manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring successful re-platforming and upgrade of core ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a Proof of Concept for HR/Payroll migration and upgrade, capturing key lessons.
  • Establish renewed vendor agreements and support models for corporate SAP solutions.
  • Lead re-platforming and upgrade of HR/Payroll and S/4HANA Finance, Business, and Logistics solutions to S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with business objectives and operational excellence goals.
  • Build and lead program teams, managing stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and strategic direction to executive leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven success leading enterprise ERP/SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong track record in program governance, risk management, and vendor engagement.
  • Expertise in SAP environments, including HR/Payroll and S/4HANA.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deliver outcomes in complex and regulated environments.
