Gateway Synergy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Network and Gateway Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our clients' network and gateway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of national systems.
  • Provide technical support for network and gateway technologies, including Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, F5, Azure, Citrix, and Fortigate.
  • Contribute to the development of network high-level designs and detailed designs.
  • Articulate technical details through design and implementation plans.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work effectively as a team member to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in network and gateway engineering and technical skills and knowledge.
  • Experience in developing network high-level designs and detailed designs.
  • Ability to articulate technical details through design and implementation plans.
  • Highly developed diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Desirable Criteria
  • Broad understanding of industry direction, emerging technologies, and their application to solve business problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client services skills.
  • Strong understanding of ASD Essential 8 and experience with contributing to security accreditation of ICT systems.
  • Experience in the day-to-day operations of up to Protected security classification networks and cryptography solutions.
