We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused team member to join our hotel's reservations department. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maximising revenue opportunities.

This role involves providing knowledgeable and friendly service to both external and internal guests, handling guest bookings with precision, and staying up to date on all hotel products and services.

  • Providing passionate and professional service to both external and internal guests
  • Answering calls promptly and displaying brand-aligned professionalism
  • Managing guest bookings in our PMS system with attention to detail
  • Maximising occupancy by understanding rate structures and seasonal offerings
  • Staying up to date on all hotel products and services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in reservations or customer service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office; OPERA Cloud experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest service
