Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our residential team in New South Wales, Australia. As a key player in our busy and growing HVAC division, you will drive revenue growth, develop a motivated team, and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of HVAC Install Technicians in performing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation duties
  • Deliver outstanding quality of work, great customer service experience, and expected company productivity and performance results
  • Coach Install Technicians and drive the team to meet installation quality standards and departmental targets

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the HVAC Manager to implement business strategies
  2. Manage department through monitoring costs, overhead, and manpower to maintain desired Gross Profit Margins
  3. Drive forecasting and actualization of revenue and executed margin against plan
  4. Recruit professional Install Technicians through traditional recruiting, referral, and networking efforts
  5. Communicate with each Install Technician to ensure a clear understanding of their goals and expectations

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of residential HVAC Installation experience, including diagnostic troubleshooting and service repair abilities
  • Master MD HVAC License holder
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, training, and coaching skills
  • Ability to mobilize a team of professional Install Technicians to drive team and branch results

Working Conditions:

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to travel to other locations, to training sessions and/or meetings

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience in the service industry
  • Proven record in Team Development; Operations; Customer Service
