This traineeship presents a chance to kick-start a career in the mining sector, with the possibility of gaining nationally recognised qualifications in Surface Extraction Operations.

About Your New Role:

  • A competency-based traineeship leading to a Certificate III qualification.
  • An even time 7hr rotating day and night roster, including working every second weekend.
  • Competitive hourly rates ranging from $35 - $36.
  • Superannuation paid on all rostered hours.
  • Potential for permanent opportunities after successful completion of your traineeship.

About You:

  • A strong work ethic focused on productivity and safety.
  • A commitment to the roster and completion of the traineeship.
  • A current Car P2 drivers' licence or higher (manual vehicle).
  • Able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
  • Provide 2 recent work referees.
  • A local residential address.
  • Available to attend required interviews throughout the recruitment process.
  • Pass full medical and D&A Test.
  • Recent RMS driving record for consideration upon invitation for an interview.
