Job Title: Weekender Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders, forms, and requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Transport Coordination: Organize transport workflow to meet customer timeframes and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Account Management: Maintain customers' accounts and databases, keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be punctual, personable, and have a high attention to detail. While previous experience in the gardening industry would be beneficial, we are more focused on finding the right candidate to fill this position.
