Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Manager to lead the operational success and growth of our firm.

About the Role
  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive day-to-day operations aligned with strategic goals, leveraging expertise in process optimization, resource management, and team empowerment.
  • Technology Innovation: Spearhead implementation of cutting-edge tools such as Fin365 and Microsoft Dynamics, standardizing best practices and streamlining workflows.
  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and licensee obligations.
  • Cybersecurity: Design and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, training staff on industry best practices.
  • Marketing & Client Engagement: Manage group marketing efforts, client-facing materials, and deliver high-impact client events. Support brand-building initiatives and define a compelling client value proposition.
  • Future Projects: Explore and potentially implement innovative services such as Managed Discretionary Accounts (MDAs).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in senior leadership or COO roles within financial services.
  • Experience in small to mid-sized company environments.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
