Infrastructure Program Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our utility division, overseeing high-performing teams and portfolios of multi-million dollar infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for delivering milestones on time and ensuring excellence in health and safety, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Oversee the successful execution of projects and programs
  • Provide visible leadership and direction to project teams
  • Manage program finances and ensure robust forecasting and accountability
  • Ensure project activities are adequately resourced and take into consideration all variables including project requirements, complexity, and constraints
  • Liaise with key client representatives and maintain collaborative working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or other relevant field
  • Seasoned leader with proven experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure programs
  • Extensive experience in the successful management of complex design and construct infrastructure projects
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively with clients under any type of contract commercial model
  • Strong stakeholder liaison skills, with a focus on client relationship development and management
  • Brownfield infrastructure construction experience (water/wastewater preferred)
