Job Title: Construction and Infrastructure Projects Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction and commercial agreements.
  • Acting for owners, contractors, and government in relation to a broad range of infrastructure projects.
  • Advising on procurement methods, including traditional methods, design and construct, relationship contracting, public private partnerships/project finance, and facilities operation and maintenance.
  • Drafting standard form tendering and contract documentation.
  • Claims management.
  • Contributing to business development and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in major projects work, infrastructure, construction (commercial and domestic).
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Well-developed initiative, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
