Our Services

We provide Supported Independent Living (Group Homes) and Community Support services on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disability to live independently, engage with their community, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, including domestic duties and personal care.
  • Provide support for medication administration, behavior management, and restrictive practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and government providers.
  • Communicate effectively with participants and their family members.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience.
  • Manual handling experience required.
  • Able to maintain client confidentiality and work within a 24/7 roster.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Admin skills and great organizational skills.
