We seek experienced support professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care services to individuals with diverse needs.
As a support worker, you will provide compassionate and respectful care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their social lives.
Our organisation provides a range of support services, including dementia care, domestic support, companionship, and skilled nursing, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
**Key Responsibilities as a Support Worker**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist with meal preparation and medication management
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to enhance client well-being
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Current or enrolled Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
- Satisfactory Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
- Valid Australian Driver's License and access to reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Empathetic and caring approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
