Job Opportunity:

Cranbrook Care seeks an Administration Officer to provide administrative support in our residence.

This hands-on role involves assisting with reception, timesheets, accounts payable and receivable, rostering support and general office duties.

You will work closely with our Client Services Coordinator/Administrator to develop a deep understanding of our residents and deliver exceptional client services that are responsive, inclusive and sensitive to diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of the residence
  • Assist with reception, timesheets, accounts payable and receivable, rostering support and general office duties

Requirements

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Strong verbal, written and Microsoft Office skills
  • Some experience in accounts and rostering an advantage
  • Excellent personal presentation, outgoing and approachable
  • Willing to learn and be flexible
  • Able to work across multiple databases when trained
  • Good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (including Booster)
