Job Title: Administration Officer - Level 3
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our Medical Workforce & Education Unit in providing vital administrative and clerical services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the unit.
- Coordinate office systems and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.
- Deliver professional customer service and manage internal and external communications.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and wellbeing processes.
- Support meetings through scheduling, minute-taking, and record management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within healthcare, education, or human resources environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships.
- A high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
