Donor Centre Experience Specialist

At Lifeblood, we're dedicated to fostering an environment where our donors feel valued and cared for. Our Centre Service Officers play a vital role in ensuring that every donor has a positive experience at our Caulfield Donor Centre.
About the RoleThis part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively in a team. As a Centre Service Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcome and greet donors warmly upon arrival
- Provide clear instructions on completing paperwork
- Prepare food and beverages for donors, as well as replenish the self-service buffet bar
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking their next appointment
We offer a comprehensive paid training program that balances on-the-job practice with online coursework. This will ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. In addition to your passion for delivering an outstanding donor experience, you'll need to be able to:
- Lift items weighing between 9-22.7kgs occasionally
- Frequently sit, bend, and reach to restock supplies in the kitchen
- Be flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
