Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our accommodation villages, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to staff.
