About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graduate to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, and a strong interest in managing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media strategies on WeChat and Little Red Book
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and track analytics to measure the success of our social media campaigns
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and KOLs
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social media into our overall marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Native Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Interest in managing social media campaigns
  • Mature and responsible attitude with the ability to prioritise work and remain organised under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly professional demeanour and customer-first mindset
  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
