Exciting opportunity to lead our front-of-house team in a dynamic and fast-paced sports bar environment. We are seeking an experienced General Manager or Venue Manager to join our Geelong venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences through solid front of house operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing great quality service, managing staff effectively, and maintaining high standards in food safety and OH&S procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Managing daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and functions
  • Ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Driving revenue growth while controlling costs
  • Maintaining current market knowledge and promoting business opportunities

We are looking for a results-driven leader with:

  • At least 1 year of hospitality management experience
  • Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team
  • Essential RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications
