Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including servers and hosts.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist & support General Manager in general operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in all rounded restaurant hospitailty
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility and reliability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluent in English Language.
- Valid working visa required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
