Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service experience to every customer. This includes continually expanding your knowledge of products and becoming a tea and brewing expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following safety policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous
