Job Function: To provide a comprehensive and proactive maintenance service to stores, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Cbes in a professional manner, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Deliver FM maintenance services to stores, adhering to contract specifications and timescales.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Assess and repair store facilities, including flooring, drainage, plumbing, and small building works, as required.
  • Prioritize maintenance and repair work to meet agreed timescales and response times.
  • Order necessary spares and materials, following established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the FM team to identify and recommend suitable alternatives for non-repairable issues.
  • Communicate with store managers regarding potential maintenance issues affecting store operations.
  • Ensure minor alterations and installations are completed in accordance with current specifications.
  • Ensure the FM team has access to necessary tools and equipment, maintaining them in good working order.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate time sheets and mileage logs, as required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with technical advancements.
  • Comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Maintain company vehicles in a clean, well-maintained, and serviced condition.
  • Comply with reasonable requests and instructions from the FM Contracts Manager.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly reports to the Fabric Manager
  • Customer and colleague relationships and feedback
  • Effective management of the regional FM team
  • Compliance with Health and Safety policy
