  • Manage a team of contractors for hard and soft services, ensuring procurement of services is commercially sound.
  • Maintain an accurate asset register.
  • Ensure maintenance works meet business requirements and compliance with Australian Standards, legislation, and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical, maintenance, and cleaning advice as the first point of contact.
  • Organize procurement, transport, and installation of furniture within residential properties.
  • Travel to and from sites as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining facilities, properties, contracts, and tenders.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, including engineering, property, or project management.
  • Knowledge of legislation, building codes, and WHS requirements.

Additional Requirements

  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last 3 months.
  • Valid WA driver's license.
